Manager / Sales-Coordinator POSITION

Candidate Requirements:

A self motivated leader who is able to work without supervision, and had strong ability to manage people and projects.

Team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Brings an innovative philosophy and the ability to interact on a professional basis with all types of people. Self starter with strong customer relationship, interpersonal and communication skills, supported by demonstrated track record of success.

Over 5 years hands-on manufacturing experience, along with some work experience in the oilfield industry. Mechanical aptitude is a definite asset.

A self starter with a high level of initiative, entrepreneurial spirit and drive, and sense of urgency.

Takes ownership of, and is accountable for position responsibilities and results.

Experience in management and supervision of employees, supported by innovative problem solving and dcecision making abilities.

Travel will be required on a daily basis throughout the SE corner of Saskatchewan and the SW corner of Manitoba. Trips to Kindersley and Swift Current and the occasional trip to Alberta to visit oil clients in Calgary and area. The majority of daily travel will be returning to Estevan each evening.

Welders

Welders with welding and fitting experience. Experience in Oilfield Fabrication is preferred.

Duties will include layout, cutting and welding.
